EAGALA Certified Professionals complete a rigorous training program, commit to evidence-based client solutions, utilize an exclusive team approach, and operate with a strong code of ethics.
EAGALA is an international non-profit founded in 1999 which certifies professionals in Equine Therapy utilizing the model designed to provide effective and quick change through the hands-on experiential work with horses. For more information, visit their website at EAGALA.org.

Our mission is to provide the South Texas area with professional therapeutic services designed to empower clients to make personal and social changes through the unique relationship between humans and horses.
About Oasis Acres
Oasis Acres was Founded in 2012 in New Berlin, Texas with the focus on helping Veterans using horses as the guide. Over time our practice evolved into helping children and young adults also. In 2022 the Lord put it in our hearts to pick up and move to Charlotte Texas in Atascosa County which is one hour south of San Antonio. We have partnerships with several county organizations and foster care programs. Our goal is to educate the community on the importance of therapy, what horses have to offer in the therapeutic process and to impact as many lives as possible. We are excited to see what our future holds and looking forward to being South Texas’s go to facility for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Personal Development. We also offer in office, EMDR and play therapy.
